Focused on customer service May 02, 2008 I recently offered a review of this product. I was less than happy because the watchband frayed and broke after less than 30 days. Recent;ly their customer service rep contacted me and offered to replace the watch - free of charge without returning the item. For this reason, I would upgrade my review to a 4 - based on their committment to their product
