 Buyer Beware Jan 17, 2006
I purchased this watch as a Christmas gift for my wife in early November - not aware that there was a strict 30 day return policy. Unfortunately she was not happy with the watch; I contacted Best Watch Bargain, explained to them that it was still in the original box and never taken out; I was told by Customer Service that they had to speak to management because it was after 30 days (which tells me that there are times when exceptions are made). I received no telephone call back - so I emailed them 2 weeks later - only to have a response within one day from "management" that it was past the 30 days - and they would not take it back. Anyone out there want to purchase a watch? (we have a better return policy if you're not happy!)

For a watch with original price $380 something,I expect to see some proper paperwork inside the box,at least telling me how to set the callender!
No Ref. No.,how am i going to get the warranty if it has problem later!

This is a beautiful watch! And it looks great on a big wrist! Clearly a high quaility watch. What a bargin!
